Position Summary
LBB Asia is looking for a Sales and Operations Executive for one of its brands in the lifestyle segment
Reporting lines: Brand manager Lifestyle segment
Job Based in HK overlooking HK and Macau Territory
Scope of work -
Account Management:
- Help the Brand Manager to Develop the distribution (retail, wholesale, offline, online) and negotiate commercial terms
- Handle key accounts to develop sales (sell in) while optimizing the sell out
- Build 3-year financial plan for the brand’s development in the territory (sales, operational costs, marketing budget, P&L, etc.)
- Strong knowledge about product offer and key added value of each SKU, able to answer questions from various clients / customers (BtoB, BtoC)
- Define assortment per type of POS (size, type and customers profile)
- Plan new products launches
- Develop specific POSM for wholesale and retail network if necessary
- Pricing to be reviewed if necessary
- Sales and stock analysis reporting per SKU
- Build sales forecasts according to clients’ feedback + past sales in order to achieve the sales target
- Build procurement plan by SKU based on forecasts, to reach ultimate coverage + leadtime from France
- Manage inbound orders from France (customs & forwarder knowledge needed)
- Follow up monthly on slow moving and obsolete stock
- Client replenishment orders to ensure healthy stock management at POS (especially for consignment)
- Liaise with our warehouse ensuring inbound and outbound for all clients
- Manage Healthy stock monitoring product shelf life
- Define product priority per type of distribution channel in case of low stock/out of stock
- Analyse and cross-check sales reports from clients
- Organize product launches, in-store promotions, staff trainings and events;
- Sales Staff training, define retail KPI (offline and follow up retail staffs
- Retail meetings with front line to identify challenges and find solutions
- Define targeted clients and collaborate with marketing team to establish the Brand mktg and communication plan accordingly
- Propose action to animate online, CRM, increase traffic and returning customers
Candidate Specifications:
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales and Marketing,
- Experience with International brand is necessary
- Commercial or Operational marketing experience is necessary
- Entrepreneur spirit is crucial
- Good communication skills, presentable, team player
- Positive attitude, persistent and assertive, with initiative
- Organized, Reliable and Independent
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus
- Valid HK working visa or dependant visa compulsory
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
