Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Client Development & Relations team in order to achieve cross-selling and engagement targets
• Oversees the cross-selling and engagement progress
• Coach and monitor the performance of individual Client Development & Relations Managers
• To bring some VIP Prospects and be the relationship manager for some top VIPs
• Assist General Manager in thinking about what value propositions to sell cross-functionally

Qualifications

• University degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in High-Net-Worth or VIP clients engagement and direct selling
• Experience in leading RM or sales team serving High-Net-Worth or VIP clients
• Experience in VIP event hostings will be an advantage
• Proficient in CRM systems usage (as end user) - MS dynamics or Salesforce
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager - Client Development & Relations
