• Responsible for all CRM loyalty and retention campaigns from target audience selection, communication scheduling and post-campaign result tracking.
• Work closely with cross-functional team independently on material preparation and system setting, including retail and eComm, social platform and member communication channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
• Prepare and analyze CRM pre/post campaign results as to drive ROI and optimize campaign’s performance.
• Assist in CRM project development on process automation and customer journey mapping.
• Support the development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers 
• Partner with supervisor and marketing team to explore and coordinate external partnership opportunities for new recruit
• Perform ad-hoc job task as assigned

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG business, clerical and secretarial work experience can be considered, experience in TCM pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not required
• Experience in VLOOKUP and excellent time management is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight timelines and able to multi-tasks
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a team player – able to work and collaborate with cross-departments to achieve the business results
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 is an advantage
• More experienced candidate can be considered as Senior officer
• Immediate available is an advantage
