This position will be responsible on communicating with Japan headquarter to facilitate on product sales in Asia market

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Japan headquarters for items strategy planning and scheduling control   
• Proceed license checking for all the campaign and items
• Assist in overall launching and production schedule management
• Coordinate with marketing team closely for the promotion planning and execution
• Support Sales team to maximize the sales and work on the offer documents preparation
• Carry out quarterly strategy review for whole Asia market business
• Handle Internal coordination and management, documents preparation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in sales & marketing or other related studies
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Japanese(Level 2/ N2 of JLPT or above is a must) 
• Strong communication, negotiation as well as presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, able to work under pressure & work independent with good interpersonal
• Be sensitive on toys market & IP character trends
