Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all round marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction across all marketing channels, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty
• Work closely with internal departments, external partners, agencies and vendors to deliver marketing and event activities
• Prepare marketing materials including POP, billboard, catalogues and brochures etc.
• Copywriting for marketing collaterals for both print and digital
• Assist in analyzing marketing data and preparing regular reports to keep track of the business performance
• Conduct research and evaluate market conditions to assess market needs and potential threats
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or business related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ marketing experience, preferably gained in retail, F&B or property management industry
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Creative, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to work in a fast -paced environment
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer
