TRAINING ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the supervisor to conduct orientation programmes;
• Handle routine logistic arrangements such as classroom set-up and manage training records;
• Assist to identify training areas, speakers and engaging participants;
• Assist training programme managers in the implementation of various training programmes, and prepare training reports;
• Coordinate with external training consultants/providers;
• Organize and execute training events and programmes on business related skills open to companies and practitioners,
• Provide training coordination and administration work  

 Job Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline;
• Minimum 2 years hands-on training support or administration experience preferably gained in any multinational conglomerates;
• Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; 
• Good command of English and Chinese (including spoken Mandarin)
• Able to prioritize and multitasking under a fast paced environment;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently
