Responsibilities:

• Support company's public relations and corporate social responsibility programs
• Assist in stakeholder engagement, logistics, project planning and execution, data management and onsite support
• Support sponsorship programs and logistics
• Build and maintain good relationships with media, manage media enquiries and database management
• Support event organization and logistics arrangement
• Support museum and viewing gallery renovation project
• Handle consumer complaints
• Provide administrative support and coordination work for the department

• Bachelor degree in Public Relations/Communications/Languages or related discipline
• 3+ years of work experience in Event Management/PR/Customer Service
• Strong organizing skills and initiative
• Willing to work under pressure
• Project management and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through on deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Proficient in Putonghua is a plus
