Job Responsibilities

• Craft engaging social media posts, videos and ad copy in both English and Chinese
• Manage a content calendar for websites and social media
• Coordinate end-to-end business development activities with distinct deliverables, budget planning, and resources allocation
• Create presentation slide decks and business reports
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve established KPIs
• Continually measure, analyze, and refine performance of marketing operations to ensure ongoing progress and enhancement
• Act as a liaison with university partners, participating merchants, IT vendors, and other key stakeholders as appropriate
• Contribute to business development and user acquisition
• Research and understand the needs of users and partners to identify pain points, customer solutions and opportunities for partner collaboration with other businesses and organizations in Hong Kong
• Event planning, where necessary, to meet core objectives
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• University graduate with a degree in business, marketing, environmental studies or related disciplines
• 2+ years of professional experience in business development or digital marketing
• Social media guru with an established track record of generating positive brand buzz
• Preference for candidates with a demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability
• Project management experience is an asset
• Candidates will be expected to learn quickly, think creatively, and work flexibly with the ability to thrive under pressure by successfully handling multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with professional proficiency (both written and spoken) in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Tech-savvy with a good command of PC & web applications, including Chinese word processing
