Project Coordinator / Account Executive / Videographer

Project Coordinator

- To arrange and coordinate outdoor and indoor shooting projects
- To prepare and maintain production schedule, rundown, and other production documentation
- To manage video deliverables and coordinate with editing team
- To assist in ad hoc assignments and projects

Account Executive

- Understand clients’ needs and identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
- Participate in pitching and proposal preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Strong command of written Chinese and English is highly preferable

Videographer

- Responsible for shooting all kinds of video projects, including TVCs, online ads, event, corporate videos, construction videos, etc.
- In-house equipment maintenance
- Assist in video editing, and other ad hoc production duties

Requirements

- Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communications or related areas
- Passionate about advertising and video production
- Outgoing and proactive
- Able to work independently, as well as be a strong team player
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Able to travel overseas
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
