Job Descriptions:

• Provide executive support to their doctors
• Preparing visa documents, license’s application & reports
• Writing Standard Operation Procedure & workflow
• Communicate and work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5 years' administrative experience in healthcare or retail industries
• Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Experience in writing Standard Operation Procedure & workflow
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English
