Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end operations, across the supply chain, warehouse and logistics team from sourcing, warehousing, production to distribution and return handling of e-commerce and project-based orders
• Collaborate with product, marketing, laboratory team and other internal stakeholders by working with all other departments to ensure each team has their needs catered for, and are coordinated with upcoming changes to product, processes and strategy
• Take the lead in forecasting and operations planning with Commercial team, translating business forecasts to tangible operations decisions and trade-offs
• Ensure inventory can meet / react to market demands by managing end to end from sourcing to production to warehousing, and delivery, based on business forecasts
• Continuously challenge and optimize our processes to deliver greater scalability, reliability and efficiency for in how the Operations team work
• Establish a data driven process and leverage data and insights in operational decision making
• Manage international shipment and cross-border logistics operations with 3rd party logistics partners
• Partner closely with finance team on payment and cashflow ongoing for accurate documentation of transactions
• Build a strong Operations team by coaching and mentoring
• Balance both hands-on day-to-day operation support and longer term strategic planning
• Set-up and implement ERP/ internal system with significant operational improvement project
• Assist in assigned ad-hoc duties from senior management team

• 8-15 years of experience in Global Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management / Operations Management function across start-up, e-commerce and technology industries
• Leadership experience in operational management with a track record of proven results
• Experienced in hiring and building great teams at scale
• Confident and curious critical-thinker with tactical recommendations
• Bachelor degree in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse & Management, or relevant discipline will be a plus, but not required
• Fluency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and fast-paced working environment.
