Job descriptions:

• Provide market research, competitive intelligence and industry trends in domestic and targeted foreign countries.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities, including in- and out-licensing of products, scientific research, clinical development, and commercialization etc.  
• Co-ordinate and drive due diligence of the above opportunities.
• Facilitate the drafting, revision and completion of term sheets and agreements with potential partners and monitor their execution and compliance.
• Create presentation materials for Board of Directors, executive management, other members of the company and potential partners.
• Need to travel to meet with business partners in domestic and target countries if necessary.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of BD or alliance experience.
• In-out-licensing experience is a must.
• A track record of successfully identifying, evaluating and completing BD deals and collaborations.
• Familiar with drug industry and its operations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Familiarity in ophthalmology is a plus but not required.
