• Provide quality assurance on different types of dietary supplement & OTC drugs that will be shipped to different markets (mainly in US, UK & Euro market)
• Ensures that product release or rejection decisions on batch level in regard of quality attributes are in full compliance with applicable GMP rules, regulatory and legal requirements, and customer agreements.
• Manage quality agenda (e.g. Product claims, testing, sample review & inspection) between all involved players, such as product management, regulatory affairs, Business Group quality unit and customers.
• Independent carried out product development and benchmarking to meet product specifications and drive for right product quality;
• Coach and manage supply base through continuous training and development;
• Conduct quality review on each project after shipment and drive improvement if any;
• Work with testing lab, vendor and category team to develop product specification, claims, labelling review, performance testing and inspection criteria;
• Interface with category team to lead the discussion on any quality or regulatory issue
• Conduct factory visit and DURPO if necessary;
• Handle customer complaints, conduct investigation and give feedback in a timely manner
• With LEAN experience and process improvement is a plus.

• 5 years quality assurance or relevant experience
• Buying office, manufacturing and/or laboratory testing experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Nutrition / Pharmaceutical
• Alternatively, candidate with extensive experience in quality and technical field for Food Science/ Nutrition/ Pharmaceutical scopes will also be considered
• Knowledge of manufacturing technology for different types/forms of dietary supplement and OTC drugs (e.g., gummies, soft gels, tablets, capsule, powder…etc.)
• Familiar with US and UK or other international market regulation, GMP and testing standard
• With solid experience in handling different type of dietary supplement & OTC drugs and passionate to provide his/her own idea for quality improvement. 
• Familiar with dietary supplement & OTC drugs requirement in different countries e.g (US FDA, EU...etc.)
• Be the quality lead of own responsible project and work closely with cross functional team to deliver the qualified product;
• Actively involve in each project and be the quality expert for the related product area;
• Actively provide quality analysis to drive business growth by delivering right quality of product
• Less experience may be considered as Technologist
