Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• Solid experience in material procurement, and supply chain management;
• Possess a professional membership of relevant institution is preferable;
• Experience in metal works and manufacturing is preferable;
• Experienced in station at PRC or overseas
• Experience in handling logistics between mainland China and HK is preferable
• Pro-active, strong numerical sense, excellent data interpretation & analytical skills;
• Be able to work under tight schedules and pressure;
• Strong negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) 

Responsibilities:

• Set up a clear and effective procurement strategy and implement the corresponding tasks compiled with the company ISO systems;
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal department in both HK and PRC offices and external parties (vendors and sub-contractors, etc)
• Responsible for sourcing, procurement and logistics arrangement;
• Provide procurement and contract administration services
