Job Duties:

• Responsible for data entry and filing
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Issue and follow up orders and invoices
• Inventory control and stock count regularly 
• Maintain adequate stock level and manage logistics arrangements for receiving, stocking and daily transfer
• Negotiate with relative government department

Requirements: 

• Form 6 or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience 
• Self-motivated, presentable, responsible and able to work independently 
• Good in communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese
• Immediate availability is preferred
