Our client is a market leading Food Manufacturer. They are looking for a high caliber – Assistant Procurement Manager to join their team in energetic team.

Your role:

• Execute procurement activities and sourcing related to Raw Materials 
• Source new raw materials and support R&D / Marketing on new product development
• Formulate procurement strategies, establish and implement procurement policy & procedure to ensure supply availability and quality
• Lead in preparing Annual budget and support Plant Performance on Cost Control
• Provide support on enquiries / queries from all plants in terms of vendor
• Prepare management reports and regular performance analysis on a timely basis
• Monitor the sourcing and procurement operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and mitigate procurement risks
• Work closely with operation and marketing departments to launch new products smoothly

Requirements:

• Degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years purchasing management experience within Food manufacturing environment
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP
• Well-organized & detailed-minded, strong compliance with deadlines
