We are a Global Technology Company located in San Po Kong. We are now looking for a Financial/Company Secretary to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to the senior management (e.g. CFO);
• Keep high attention to the CFO’s instructions to follow up various documents and assist in monitoring the operation of finance team of Hong Kong and overseas offices;
• Assist in the preparation of financial report of the Group;
• Provide support in the corporate exercise such as equity raising and restructuring;
• M&A with internal departments, external advisors and legal councils;
• Organize board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory requirements;
• Handle the ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time;

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting preferably & CPA and associate member of HKICS/ICSA;
• Minimum 5-year relevant working experience in performing full round finance and company secretarial duties, preferably work experience in listed Co or Big 4 industry focusing on technology is preferred;
• Strong in following documents and managing a large volume of documentation works and maintaining the filing system;
• Energetic, strong organizational and time management skills as well as able to work under pressure;
• Strong Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is highly preferred.
