• Develop and maintain all manuals, guidelines and policies in related to compliance
• Ensure the fulfilment of KPIs and standards of the Programme, and propose solutions/actions to all non-compliance issues
• Handle the investigation of all complaints received and prepare investigation reports to Government & QAC (Quality Assurance Committee)
• Develop and manage a control system to identify all possible compliance risks and prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
• Keep abreast of regulatory development and adopt best practices in compliance control
• Take the lead in preparing annual financial report for audit  
• Prepare monthly reports including compliance reports, financial reports, payment reports, etc.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals in analyzing and identifying the claim trends or related issues
• Investigate the root cause of issues and propose improvement plan

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in compliance, internal control and/or risk management
• Having solid experience in business reporting and data analysis
• Experience in claims analysis and work injury management are preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational skill
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available preferred
