Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist manager on daily on-boarding and periodic file reviews of client due diligence (“CDD”) matters re various jurisdictions (e.g. BVI, Seychelles, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, Hong Kong…etc)
• Conduct research from public information system to collect and verify due diligence information
• Review due diligence information supplied by client, conduct client risk assessments
• Communicate closely with business on CDD requirements and attend to client enquiries
• Identify and escalate CDD issues to Business and Group Compliance where necessary
• Maintain and update the Group’s Customer Due Diligence Information System
• Advice on the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and monitoring programs on AML related activities, compliance manual and core control documents that meet regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain Group’s Compliance Policies & Procedures
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Degree holder in Law, Accounting, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in financial services or corporate services firms
• High degree of professional integrity
• Independent, self-motivated and pro-active
• Excellent communication skills coupled with meticulous attention to fine detail
• Keen to work in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of Office software and other related computer skills
• Knowledge in Worldcheck, SAP or Viewpoint will be an advantage
• Professional fluency in written and oral English with a good command of Chinese and Mandarin proficiency
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate, Client Acceptance
