Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all-round legal documents, including drafting contracts and commercial T&C
• Provide legal advice on various commercial transactions and compliance matters
• Service as a gate-keeper of documents translation, from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Mainly handles the Sale and Purchase of property contracts and related paperwork
• Other ad-hoc duties

• Diploma in Legal or above
• 3-years experience in legal service
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
