Responsibilities: 

l   Oversee all company accounts and investments

l   Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants 

l   Motivate and lead finance team members 

l   Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

l   Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

l   Develop budgets and financial plans for the company 

l   Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information

Requirements :

l   Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market 

       patterns

l   Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
