Job Description
- Perform pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Handle tender documents administration, material taking off and pricing, measurement of works, valuation of variation
- Attend site inspections, site meetings and tender interviews
- Liaise with contractors, specialist, suppliers and related parties
- Maintenance experiences is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services or equivalent
- For AQS: At least 1-year working experience, fresh graduate are also welcomed
- For QS: Minimum 5 years working experience or 1 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS
- For SQS: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS
- Experience in all aspects of quantity surveying / building services
- E&M Background is highly preferred
- Knowledge in QS related software is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Immediate available is preferable
