Job overview at a glance

We are helping our Client to identify the right candidate to support their Global Social Responsibility Program. The candidate would be assigned to a specific client and drive Supply Chain performance with all ranges of responsible sourcing and sustainability activities Client is working on right now. One would need to do program review, data analysis, as well as conduct training to high & elevated risk/ incident remediation on vendors/ factories, which included labors, health & safety, electrical & fire safety & building structure safety, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong relationship and develop credibility on assigned client(s) specialized on their Responsible Sourcing Program
  • Support Client to develop and implement global responsible sourcing and sustainability strategies and initiatives
  • Work closely with Client on vendor/ factory risk segmentation and performance scoring model
  • Provide advisory services on responsible sourcing program improvement, drive improvement to align with Client target
  • Educate the vendors & factories, ensure they understand and meet the requirement as outlined in Client Code of Conduct
  • Develop a training plan to help suppliers/factories to build self-monitoring capacity to foster performance improvement through Supplier Ownership Program
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with suppliers/factories to drive positive impact and KPI enhancement
  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular trend reports on supplier performance
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degrees or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience, preferably in Sustainability/ Compliance Team in brands, agent/ trading office or manufacturing Industry
  • In-depth knowledge in supply chain ecosystem, social auditing to codes of conduct and industry schemes, manufacturing experience and practices
  • Solid experience in Supplier training, Capacity Building/ Remediation program to drive Supplier improvement
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure, results oriented, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded
  • Ability to work independently
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Accounts
