• Customer’s Management: Assisting on a daily basis, with the support of team members (company secretary, HR expert, tax expert, accounting team), to deliver corporate services, accounting services, treasury services, international tax planning, local tax compliance, and other consultancy work;

•  Compliance: Assisting with the on-boarding process of new customers, as well as periodic review of existing clients;

• Paralegal: Researches on regulatory and tax matters involving several jurisdictions;

• Invoicing: Assisting with monthly issue of invoices and cash collection (receivable);

• All other tasks assigned by the Head and Manager of the Desk.

Business Development:

• Supporting the Head and Manager of the Desk on Marketing and Business Development activities (marketing initiatives, drafting publications, organizing webinars and in-person events, etc.).

Requirement:

• Have experience in handling corporate and regulatory topics with European companies having business in Asia (if possible prior experience in Hong Kong);
• Business, finance and administration academics favored;
• Being curious and open minded;
• Good command of both written and spoken English (Italian or French additional skills would be a plus).
