Job Description

• Support the Legal team in handling a full range of company secretarial matters for the group companies (including Hong Kong, BVI and other jurisdictions)
• Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas agencies on setting up new entities, bank account opening, KYC review matters and filing of annual return and all statutory documents as required by laws and regulations
• Prepare company secretarial documentation such as board minutes/resolutions
• Maintain proper records of all corporate documents and effective filing system
• Handle general coordination and administrative work of company secretarial matters

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Business/Law/Corporate Governance (Diploma holder of Company Secretarial studies with solid experiences in company secretarial areas will also be considered)
• 5+ years of related working experience in company secretarial areas
• HKICS Assoiate ics preferred but not a must
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, and excellent attention to details
• With high ability to work independently
• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel
• Good command on both Speaking and Written English and Chinese
