Job Responsibilities:

• Assist daily management of property services and customer services
• Supervise and monitor the performance of outsourced parties, suppliers and service providers
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of the properties
• Handle enquiries, request and complaints from tenants
• Prepare and manage departmental budget
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably Hospitality / Property Management / Facility Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience
• MHKIH / MCIH / MRICS / Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1 or 2) or related qualification is a definite advantage
• Good basic knowledge in building ordinance and management is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, multi-tasking, able work independently or within a team
• Candidates with no relevant experience / fresh graduates will also be considered
