Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out project feasibility studies and provide recommendations on investment potentials of development projects
  • Conduct real estate valuations and appraisals of development options and assess their relative financial risk
  • Conduct research on geographical regions, industry players and government policies
  • Act as key liaison with external parties

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Architecture or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sizable developer or consultancy firm
  • Knowledgeable about Mainland property market
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
