Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Operation Team of the Property Mortgage Department and oversee the operations such as mortgage loan application and its processing, documentation review and checking, drawdown, disbursement, redemption and repayment, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to achieve job targets, e.g. solicitors, internal marketing staff, property agencies, etc.
- Review and update property mortgage related policies/guidelines/workflows to ensure all relevant regulatory requirements and Company policies/guidelines are strictly adhered in the daily operation of the department
- Handle legal action of delinquent mortgage loan accounts.
- Prepare various management reports.
Requirements
- Diploma holders or above
- At least 6 years of working experience in Property Mortgage loan operations of which 3 years at supervisory level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill, independent and result-oriented
