Job Description
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- Member of HKIS or RICS
- Minimum 8 years' experience in valuation, real estate development and investment appraisals
- Relevant experience in property market of HK and UK
- To assist in conducting valuation on property development and investment appraisals
- To carry out market research and feasibility studies on property and business-related topics
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Business Development
