Our Property Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.

The Property Development Department commits to provide development management and project management services within the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis of potential land sites for property development / investment opportunities
• Analyze market trends and carry out research on property market
• Manage general leasing matters including new letting, renewal negotiation, tenancy management and related administration of existing investment properties

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in property investment, valuation, leasing or development consultancy
• Strong analytical skills and market sense
• Independent, strong problem solving and analytical ability; self-motivated and a team player
• Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills; willing to learn and work under pressure
  
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
