• Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in our residential and commercial properties
• Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration
• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours, term workers and contractors
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committees to address technical enquiries and issues
• Handle projects’ enquiries, complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned

• Certificate or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Technology or other related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experience  
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Technical Services Officer.
