Job Duties:

• Handle customer services hotline enquirers
• Follow up order and document processing
• Perform general clerical duties, such as prepare quotation, invoice, data entry, record management, etc
• Assist ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
• Good command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Processing
• Well organized, independent, hardworking and willing to learn
• Immediate available preferred
