Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering or other disciplines
• Must have over 10 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing industry
  
• Qualifications or experiences in basic Building Services Engineering is highly preferred
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential, or at least be excellent in English
  
• Able to solve problems with analytical mind and quick wit under abrupt situations
• Willing to make short out-trips to Asian countries and Mainland China occasionally and as required for business solicitation sake or for trading meetings

Areas of Responsibility

• Be responsible for the overall sales business development in Asia
• Be responsible for the overall sales business related to engineering projects
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepare for and manage the Company’s annual budget and marketing budget
  
• Prepare for sales forecast and revenue, account status reports, new business opportunities and expense control
  
• Manage the Company’s sales and marketing operations
• Schedule expenditure in relation to sales activities
• Manage sales activities including negotiation and continuing efforts made for successful achievements of sales contracts signed with potential clients / distributors covering the entire Asia-Pacific region
  
• Make strategic planning including development and analysis of competitive market positions
  
• Set up objectives, meet targets and handle projects by priorities in the best ways you can and assign jobs to the individually responsible Sales Managers to activate them with your precise guidance and close supervision
  
• Design marketing programs, advertising, sales campaigns, and other promotional methods
• Attend to customers’ complaints or issues and promptly find solutions to prioritize customer satisfaction
