Job Description
Provide a professional manner to engage with our supporters and keep a trustful relationship with them through follow-up actions and supports initiatively. We are looking for someone to join the energetic team with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and meet objectives and deadlines.
- Conducting warm call to a list of current supporters
- Answering phone calls and handling emails from supporters
- Proposing donation programs and describing their quality and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner
- Winning over the supporters and obtaining their trust by using telemarketing techniques and getting the rhythm of the conversation right
- Data entry
- Work closely with the team to enhance smooth operation flow
Qualification
- University Degree preferably in Business, Customer Services, Management, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supporter Services Officer (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude
- Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
