Job Description

  • Report to Sales Manager;
  • Prepare various business performance reports with accuracy;
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Communicate closely with retail staff, to assist and organize all functions of day-to-day operations in retail shops such as stock take, goods delivery & transfer, store maintenance follow-up, system error handling etc.
  • Prepare payroll calculation including roaster checking, commission, incentive and allowance;
  • Support other retail projects, including renovations and customer events;

Requirement

  • 2-3 years of related admin support experience.  Preferably in retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a good team player with high degree of responsibility and accuracy
  • Numerically intelligent, patient and detail minded
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
