Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and prompt manner
- Reflect customer feedback including but not limited to customer hotline, email & social media platforms and escalate to management for continual improvement
- Coordinate with other departments for customer service solutions and prepare report
- Provide support to Training Team and career development to staff training where appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Patient, self-driven in problem solving, proactive, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work independently
- Good PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service and/or retail experience will be an advantage
- Immediate availability preferred
