Job Description

A part of the Win Work APAC team – this role will:

  • Report to Proposal Production Assistant Manager and support tender document preparation from project kick-off to completion
  • Review tender brief and prepare project timetable and checklist
  • Prepare draft letters, set-up templates, quality and compliance control per tender requirements
  • CVs, Org charts, documents update and formatting per project requirements
  • Manage, final check, print and bind final tender deliverables. Ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain and follow up registration, content and document archives up-to-date
  • Secure company sensitive / confidential documents and accessibility
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with Win Work Manager, Win Work Graphics Team, project teams and different departments

 Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience within architectural / engineering / construction / project management industries. Secretarial experience will be an advantage.
  • A positive go-getter who is responsible, committed, diligent and willing to learn and grow
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Adapting to changes, new skills and technology
  • Ability to work independently, effectively and collaboratively with teams under pressure of tight deadlines
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
