Job Summary:
As a customer service manager, you will provide professional and real-time responses for customers’ inquiries, achieving a higher business return.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for answering customer inquiries via different channels, including social media platform, phone call and email
-Deliver quality customer service through call activities, follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skills, friendly and polite manner
-Manage a team to provide quality and professional services to the customers
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree holder
-Minimum 3 year working experience or above is preferred
-Experience in CS / Banking & Financial / Insurance industry would be an advantage
-Strong client servicing and customer service skills
-Good command in Chinese and English
