The applicant is responsible to perform professional customer services activities for local and international moves. This includes answering telephone enquiries, scheduling survey appointments, coordinating shipments and ad hoc assignment if necessary.

Requirements: 

• 2 years relevant working experience in relocation, property management, logistics or similar capacity;
• sincere telephone manner with proactive working attitude;
• proficient in spoken and written English;
• hands-on PC skills in MS-Word and Excel.

 *** Native English speakers who are able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin are also considered.

Office Location: Wanchai

Office Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Mondays - Fridays)
