Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the workflow among internal departments
- Communicating and managing client requests and expectation
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or equivalent, degree holder is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Shift duty is required
- Knowledge in printing industry will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates or with less working experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
