Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, accounts set up and document verification of new applications (e.g., Visa, Master, FPS and etc.) 
• Prepare monthly summary reports
• Handle customer inquiries on payment issues by phone and email
• Assist in Projects and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases
• Perform merchant site visit for POP materials and provide payment service training to merchants when necessary
• Perform general clerical and administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, 2 years of solid working experience in Payment Gateway Providers or POS or merchant service is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive, detail minded and good time management
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
