Job Description
Job Duties
- To achieve sales target
- To develop new business opportunity in specialty coffee products with specialty coffee shop / restaurants / cafe etc
- To explore new customer network and maintain excellent customer relationship
- Handle customer enquires via phone call / whatsapp and emails
- Work closely with both internal and external parties to provide most effective solutions or alternatives to customers
- Higher Diploma or University graduated
- At least 2-3 years working experience in beverage business
- Barista experience is a bonus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of sales success
- Responsible, work independently, aggressive and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working in holidays when it is necessary
