What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Responsible for handling customers enquiry by live chat in a professional manner
  • To ensure customer inquiry and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • To maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge
  • To handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Who are we looking for?

  • Part-time: Shift duty negotiable
  • Full-time: Able to commit to shift duty - 09:00-00:00, 8 hours required daily
  • 5 days work a week, 40 workings hours weekly
  • Excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English as well as proven organizational skills
  • Good typing skills (English and Chinese) - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English
  • Familiar with the major operating systems of different platforms which are not limited to Android OS and Windows would be a strong plus
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable and experience in customer service/ call centre/ e-Commerce will be an advantage
