GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support monthly ULD planning and forecasting process for ULD network stock in collaboration with Customer Success Manager.
• Conduct meeting with airlines customers and support local coordination of ULD operational related issues.
• Conduct regular stock take and maintain good record on categorized ULD.
• Follow-up with GHAs on stock discrepancies/error messages and misuse.
• Investigate and follow up with solutions on lost and damaged equipment
• Liaise with the local MRO to optimize. the available inventory of ULD to meet customers’ request
• Asset safeguarding: Ensure ULDs are correctly handled and stored.
• Additional duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in the aviation industry, preferably in airport operations. 
• Experience in ULD management and/or Air Cargo a plus. 
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.  
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient use of MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
