Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical/administrative support to Retails and Operations Department
• Coordinate regular meetings, follow up meeting materials
• Prepare sales and commission report, stock take/inventory report or related reports for management review
• Work with frontline Managers to organize and follow up all administration work for shops

  Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• 2-3 years' clerical experience, preferably with experience as frontline support in retail industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant 
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
