Position: (Senior) Retail Operations Executive (3 month contract)

Reporting: Retail Operations Manager, HKMOTW

Based in: Hong Kong

MISSION

This fixed-term contract position will support the current Retail Director and Retail Operations Manager starting from February 2022 to the end of May 2022.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS

Boutique Operations:

•          Provide full range of administrative support to Retail Operations Manager on daily operations and sales activities to boutiques (incl. administration, compliance, event management and daily operations).

Reporting:

•          Prepare sales reports and KPI analysis.
•          Assist in preparing analysis and consolidation of boutique reports for management review.
•          Assist in preparing relevant materials for retail meetings.

Retail Marketing:

•          Support Retail Director and Retail Operations Manager to work with different departments for coordinating retail activations.
•          Support Retail Operation Manager to monitor RSVP, work with boutiques and marketing team to achieve target attendance.
•          Provide on-site coordination and support.
•          Assist to coordinate retail promotion activities.
•          Support marketing and retail team for preparation of all events and CRM activities including props preparation, red packet and gift distribution.

PROFILE

•          Preferrable 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations support
•          Organized, detail-minded, takes initiative and excellent communication skills
•          Team player with a good working attitude
•          Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
•          Fluent in English and Cantonese
