Job Description

yuu to me is offering an exciting career opportunity for eCommerce CRM leader, who will be a key part of the team, and will work closely with the company’s leadership team and the core function teams to drive exponential growth and engagement of O2O customers and sales through data, as we scale.

 Reporting to the Vice President, eCommerce, the incumbent will take the lead to drive the plan, implementation and review of CRM initiatives to achieve business goals on our daily traffic, users activation, conversion, sales, NPS score and customer satisfaction.

  • Apply data-enabled business insights to design, propose and implement customers’ acquisition, retention and campaign management which lead to positive sales growth
  • Conduct and monitor pre and post campaign analysis (e.g. Design of Experiment, field experiments, AB testing, ANOVA) to ensure the business is able to adjust real time decision making and trending solutions now & for the future
  • Leverage loyalty program data for sales stimulation and marketing insights to support senior leaders’ strategic planning
  • Develop, review and finetune existing reporting dashboards to provide CRM insights and data visibility to internal teams  
  • Identifies and resolves obstacles with stakeholders to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner to drive the best business outcomes
  • Key KPI’s owned (Shared topline KPI’s with commercial team): Daily sales, traffic, active users, conversion, performance of promotions, category penetration rate, repeat purchase rate
Qualification
  • B.S or M.S. in Social Science, Psychological Science, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Math, or Econometrics, or equivalent data analytic trainings;
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience; eCommerce exposure is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive and execute CRM strategy to do customer segmentation, content customization and conversion measurement
  • Strong background in data analytics tools and multi-channel CRM & marketing automation platforms
  • Has strong commercial mindset to engage others to attain common business goals
  • Collaborator and achiever – able to juggle multiple projects and communicating and working well with several stakeholders at a time; welcome feedback and adaptable for changes
  • Enjoy working cross culture (local HK, mainland Chinese etc)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
