Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develops company’s territory strategic vision, objectives, financial budgets and forecasts, in consultation with Managing Director and General Managers.
  • Works closely with General Managers and Division management teams to execute strategies, initiatives and staffing levels with budget, while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Identify changing business conditions, developing and leading appropriate strategies in partnership with senior management, to continue to deliver sound financial results.
  • Creates and promotes a positive work and industrial relations environment in line with company values, employee related policies and practices and local environment considerations.
  • Oversee store teams working with Merchant and Visual teams to ensure development and execution of in-store presentation standards and promotional activities.
  • Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.
  • International travel multiple times per year to attend senior management meetings as/when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Business or equivalent.
  • 9+years of strong operations or merchandising experience required, including regional leadership experience with merchandising and financial accountability.
  • Strong multidimensional leadership ability. Proven ability to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment with astuteness and sensitivity.
  • Strong organization skills, analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email required.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
