職位描述:

• 負責現有客戶的產品及促銷資訊查詢、報價、訂單受理、處理及安排;
• 與客戶建立牢固的關係，以提高客戶滿意度及忠誠度;
• 解決客戶和銷售反饋，以支持產品、物流、後勤和財務運作，以增強服務質素;

崗位要求:

• 高中畢業或以上學歷,    1-2年工作經驗   (具跟單、銷售經驗 及 中國市場經驗更佳);
• 以客戶為導向，良好的電話溝通禮儀，較強的溝通和人際交往能力;
• 具中、英語讀寫能力,  流利普通話優先;
• 積極主動、勤奮自律、思維正向、抗壓性強;
• 熟悉電腦操作及文書處理軟件等應用 (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
