Requirements:
- F5/DSE graduated or above
- At least 2 year’s shipping experience
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available
Duties:
- Handling full set of shipping documents
- Responsible for making shipment arrangement as per customer's requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for shipment arrangement
- Contact with shipping companies and arrangement booking
- Ensures that the documentation is accurately processed distributed and released to forwarders, customers in a timely manner
- Daily email communication
- Declaration with Tradelink
- Liaise mainland factory
- Monitor shipment schedule and trucking arrangement
